Holly Hill, FL – K2 Medical Research and MetroHealth Inc. are proud to announce their partnership in a groundbreaking venture: K2 Metro Research. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in integrating clinical research as a fundamental component of everyday healthcare practice, with the aim of reducing stigma and increasing accessibility to cutting-edge advancements in medical science.

Clinical research has long been perceived as an intimidating and distant field, but with K2 Metro Research, we aim to change that perception. By bringing clinical trials into the forefront of everyday healthcare, we are breaking barriers and creating a new standard for patient care.

“At K2 Metro Research, we believe in putting people first,” says Dr. Christopher Galloway, Principal Investigator at K2 Medical Research. “Our mission is to transform the clinical trial experience into one that prioritizes respect, compassion, and warmth. By partnering with MetroHealth Inc., we are bridging the gap between clinical research and everyday healthcare, making it a seamless and accessible option for patients.”

Santiago Santelis, MD, Site Director at K2 Metro Research, will oversee all operational aspects of the partnership, ensuring that clinical research is seamlessly integrated into the practice. “We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care, and that includes access to the latest advancements in medical science,” says Dr. Santelis. “By partnering with MetroHealth Inc., we are able to reach a wider audience and make a positive impact on healthcare delivery in Holly Hill.”

Dr. Stephen Quaning and Samuel Dunlop, DNP, NP-C of MetroHealth Inc. will serve as sub-Investigators, while providing clinical care to patients participating in clinical trials. “We are thrilled to be part of this innovative partnership,” says Dr. Quaning. “By combining our expertise in patient care with K2 Medical Research’s knowledge in clinical trials, we are able to offer our patients a holistic approach to healthcare that addresses both their immediate medical needs and their long-term wellness goals.”

Through K2 Metro Research, patients will have access to the newest advancements in medical science, all while receiving compassionate and personalized care from MetroHealth Inc. healthcare providers. This initiative aims to not only improve patient outcomes but also to decrease the stigma behind participation in clinical trials by making it an integral part of everyday practice.
